The characteristics of a Report Text are:

1. General in nature, not discussing a specific individual.
2. Uses scientific facts or real information.
3. Uses general classification.
4. Uses description (features, parts, functions, habits).
5. Does not contain the writer’s personal opinion.

4. Penggunaan Kalimat (Tenses) 📌

1. Generally uses the Simple Present Tense, because it contains general facts.
2. Sometimes uses the Passive Voice to explain facts..
